Reality (the Trinity)

Out of Formlessness (the unmanifest) our true nature, movement comes in the form of awareness/consciousness, then from awareness, comes dimensions and form.

Who's Threatened?

With the truth, the individual's existence is threatened.

It is seen that the individual was only a changing thought without real validity.

Because of this the individual fights for it's very existence, coming up with as many excuses as possible to try to debunk the truth.

No matter how hard you try to create an identity, a status, meaning, a purpose or value for yourself, you don't exist. You're not there. There's nobody there.....

Life Ticks On Effortlessly Without You.

We all believe that we are the ones who are in control of our lives. "It's my life!" "I should have done it differently!" "Should I take the pink one or the green?" "I shouldn't have said that."

Without a doubt things happen; the untruth is though, that we, the separate individual is making those decisions. Because of this, we the individual is burdened with responsibility: "I have to earn money, I have to get a job, I have to pay the bills, I have to make my family happy, etc."

The truth is, if we (the individual) just got out of the way, life would just happen effortlessly. Money will be made easily without worry and fear. A job would be got (if necessary), bills would be paid, the family would be happy (or not).

This would all automatically happen and does automatically happen without you.

Void of me, I is all that remains.

Because we exist, we see ourselves as different to everything else, that the world exists outside of us. Life revolves around us, what we do in it, and what happens to us in it; our experiences, thoughts, feeling, emotions, past, present, future, regrets & dreams. We are a participant & competitor in this game called life.

STOP, for a second!

Do you see what just happened in that moment just then?

You didn't exist. You disappeared.

Who You Are isn't an experience.

Who you are isn't an experience. You are that out of which experiences come.

All experiences are expressions of form, and you are not form. You are formlessness, stillness, out of which form arises. So to see or realize you are oneness has no feeling of bliss or anything like that, because bliss is also form. You don't really see that you are oneness either because "you" drop away only leaving oneness.

So, who you are is beyond experience, beyond time and space, beyond feeling.
You are that which holds the concepts of creation and existence in space. This has always been the truth.

What is Love?

Love is word that is thrown around so frivolously without investigation into it's meaning.

 Most things which are thought, felt, said, heard & seen are often not subject to investigation. Because they aren't investigated, they exist as a substitute reality. Substitute to the one true reality.

 When they are investigated, it becomes seen that it was just a limited form/concept which was attempting to express that which is formless & unlimited.
